Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to all jobjett.com.au subscribers.
2. Competition winners will be determined instantly through a random draw from all eligible entries received every 3 months.
3. An eligible entry is generated when a subscriber clicks on the link to view their user profile, and then clicks on the submit button on the profile page.
4. Incomplete, incomprehensible and corrupted entries will be ineligible and disregarded. Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. No responsibility is taken for late, misdirected or incomplete entries. Each entrant is only permitted to enter the competition once. If a person enters the competition more than once all subsequent entries will be deemed to be invalid.
5. You may not submit an entry on behalf of someone else. You may only submit an entry for yourself.
6. All referral entries increase and individuals chances of winning once verification has been made on the referral of friend.
7. There will be a monthly prise of either a Nintendo Wii or equivalent cash prize.
8. The winners will be notified by email and need to contact info@jobjett.com.au to provide the necessary details to issue the prize, namely postage address.
9. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within three (3) business days (excluding public holidays) of the prize draw, the Promoter will redraw the prize until a contactable winner has been located and the prize is claimed. Results will be published in the jobjett newsletter.
10. Any additional expenses incurred by the prize-winner, other than those outlined in these terms and conditions, are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any variation in the prize advertised and prize provided.
11. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize. This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability, which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the prize.
12. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all entries from any individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process which as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
13. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
14. The first draw will take place March 30, 2009.
